If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations. While it depends on current demand, we’ll strive to fulfill your request to the best of our ability. Please contact us for details.
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping or include an option for gift messages. However, you can still send your order to someone special. For orders shipped within the U.S., the recipient will not find an invoice inside the package. The packing sheets also exclude a list of individual product prices. The order’s invoice is sent to the purchaser’s email.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to add additional items to it. If the order hasn’t been processed, you can cancel it and place a new one with the desired items. Feel free to reach out to our customer service for assistance.
We do not have a showroom due to we are full e-Commerce business.

Returns are not accepted for personalized items. For other products, you can return them within 30 days with the original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

We work with different suppliers to provide you with the best service. Therefore, not all of the products you purchase may be sent in the same cargo. You can contact us to get information about your order.
All shipments originate from the USA, Germany and Australia. For orders placed outside the USA, Germany and Australia, international shipments may be subject to customs fees and additional charges. You can check from the product description section to find out from which country your product is shipped, or you can contact us.
